Something about San Jose, California Hip-Hop
It was 1982 in San Jose, California. The streets were alive with the sound of hip-hop and the smell of breakdancing. Teenagers from all around the neighborhood had gathered together to dance, socialize, and show off their fancy cars and jewelry. It was an era of B-boys and girls, confidently strutting their stuff on makeshift stages in parking lots or on street corners. There was a real sense of pride and camaraderie among them; they had created something new and vibrant that belonged totally to them.
